The grapes are picked by hand, using a traditional harvesting method, separating the grapes by variety so that the vinitification process respects the characteristics of each grape variety and the wines produced.

The cellar is located in Quinta do Xisto, as mentioned before, and the different operations in winemaking of the sparkling wines and Vinhos Verdes, are followed, using the most recent and state of the art procedures.
